By accessing or using the Wayg platform, including our WhatsApp bot, Telegram bot, and web dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Wayg is a business operations platform that enables you to manage inventory, track orders, generate invoices, and view reports through conversational interfaces on WhatsApp and Telegram, as well as through a web-based dashboard. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.
