2. Description of Service
Wayg is a business operations platform that enables you to manage inventory, track orders, generate invoices, and view reports through our mobile apps for iOS and Android and a web-based dashboard. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity or to process transactions for prohibited goods or services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app; see Delete Your Account for the steps and for what happens to your data. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Account deletion is permanent: your account identity and operational data are removed, while certain records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy. If you wish to keep a copy of your business data, export or record it before deleting your account.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
