- Chat data: messages and entries you send to the Wayg AI assistant in the mobile apps or web dashboard to manage your business operations.
- Business data: inventory records, orders, invoices, and reports created through the platform.
- Usage data: how you interact with the service, including features used, timestamps, and device information.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Wayg platform and its features.

When you delete your account, your account identity (name, email, and phone number) is erased immediately, and your business and operational data is permanently deleted, typically within 24 hours. Certain records — including payment and billing history, messaging history, and internal audit logs — are retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as accounting and fraud prevention, and are no longer linked to your identifying information. The Wayg web dashboard may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the platform. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
7. Your Rights

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data. You can delete your account at any time from the app — see Delete Your Account.
